The Andersen research group uses molecular and statistical genetics to understand how differences in our genomes influence biomedically-relevant traits. We employ high­throughput assays, computational biology, and reproducible statistical frameworks to elucidate variation in responses to chemotherapeutic and anti­parasitic drugs along with traits that underly genome evolution.
