Erik Andersen Assistant Professor
Research Summary:
The Andersen research group uses molecular and statistical genetics to understand how differences in our genomes influence biomedically-relevant traits. We employ highthroughput assays, computational biology, and reproducible statistical frameworks to elucidate variation in responses to chemotherapeutic and antiparasitic drugs along with traits that underly genome evolution.
